Company:Techvantage.ai is a next-generation technology and product engineering company at the forefront of innovation in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and autonomous intelligent systems.We build intelligent products that redefine industries and deliver exceptional value through cutting-edge AI technologies.Our mission is to design solutions that are not only powerful but also seamless, intuitive, and delightful to use.We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with 10+ years of total industry experience and at least 3 years in delivery management to oversee the successful execution of AI-driven projects and products.You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client and business expectations while leading cross-functional teams.What we are looking from an ideal candidate?- Manage the end-to-end delivery of AI and product engineering projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.- Collaborate with clients, product managers, and engineering teams to define project scope, delivery strategy, and KPIs.- Lead project planning, execution, and risk management while driving continuous process improvement.- Oversee resource allocation, capacity planning, and vendor coordination where required.- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for delivery-related discussions.- Mentor and guide delivery teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.- Prepare and present delivery status reports, performance updates, and improvement plans to senior stakeholders.Preferred Skills:What skills do you need?Required Skills And Qualifications:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.- 10+ years of overall experience, including a minimum of 3 years in delivery/project management roles.- Proven track record of delivering complex technology solutions, preferably in AI, SaaS, or enterprise products.- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, or intelligent automation (preferred but not mandatory).- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid).- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience managing multi-location or cross-functional teams.- Familiarity with compliance, data privacy, and regulatory requirements in AI projects.- Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master are a plus.What We Offer:- Opportunity to lead innovative AI projects with global impact.- Collaborative and growth-driven work culture.- Competitive salary with performance-based benefits.- Learning and career advancement opportunities in cutting-edge AI domains.
