We are seeking a
Team Lead – AI Products
with a strong background in building and scaling AI-driven products. This role is perfect for someone passionate about turning advanced AI research into real-world, impactful solutions—someone who thrives in a dynamic, product-focused, and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of
    AI-powered products and platforms
    , with a focus on
    Generative AI
    ,
    LLMs
    , and
    Agentic AI systems
    .
  • Architect end-to-end
    AI solutions
    — from data pipelines to model serving and product integration.
  • Guide and mentor a team of AI engineers and developers, ensuring technical excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with
    product managers, designers, and business stakeholders
    to align technical outcomes with business goals.
  • Evaluate, prototype, and integrate
    emerging AI frameworks and tools
    into production workflows.
  • Oversee
    scalability, performance, and reliability
    of deployed AI models and services.
  • Drive code quality, documentation, and adherence to
    MLOps best practices
    .
  • Promote a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years
    of total software development experience, with
    2+ years in AI product development
  • Strong programming skills in
    Python
    and familiarity with frameworks such as
    PyTorch
    ,
    TensorFlow
    , and
    Transformers (Hugging Face)
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral)
    and
    Generative AI models
    across text, vision, or multimodal domains.
  • Proven expertise with
    Agentic AI frameworks
    (e.g.,
    LangChain
    ,
    AutoGPT
    ,
    LlamaIndex
    , or
    Semantic Kernel
    ).
  • Experience deploying models into
    production environments
    using modern
    MLOps pipelines
    .
  • Good understanding of
    vector databases
    (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and
    prompt engineering
    strategies.
  • Ability to lead and manage small to mid-sized teams, set priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes in agile setups.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and passion for
    applied innovation
    in AI.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience leading AI projects or product development teams.
  • Exposure to
    cloud platforms
    (AWS, GCP, Azure) and
    containerized deployments
    (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of
    RAG pipelines
