Job Summary:

We are looking for a key anchor resource who can lead and guide the AI/ML team, interact effectively with clients, build strong professional rapport, and understand and respond proactively to client requirements.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in AI/ML and NLP, leadership capabilities, and
experience in handling production support in live environments
, along with excellent communication skills to deliver high-impact, production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the
    primary technical and client-facing lead
    for AI/ML initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
  • Guide and mentor
    the engineering team to foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.
  • Design, develop, and deploy
    AI/ML and NLP-based solutions tailored to enterprise applications.
  • Fine-tune and implement
    Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific use cases.
  • Architect and maintain MLOps pipelines
    using MLflow, Seldon, and Docker for scalable and reliable model deployment.
  • Support and maintain production-grade AI systems
    , ensuring high availability, continuous monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • Lead development of
    document parsing, forgery detection, and NLP-driven automation
    solutions.
  • Build and deploy AI-powered conversational assistants
    using Azure Speech Services and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally
    with product, engineering, and business teams to translate complex problems into deployable AI solutions.
  • Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies
    and apply relevant innovations to enhance existing systems and solutions.
