Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Senior AI/ML Engineer (4+ Year Exp) to join our growing  team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in machine learning, data science, and AI technologies, and a passion for solving real-world problems using these skills. This is an entry-level role that offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, build foundational knowledge, and contribute to the development and deployment of AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, training, and deployment of machine learning models for various business applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and data preprocessing to improve model performance.
  • Support in evaluating and selecting appropriate AI/ML algorithms and techniques based on project requirements.
  • Contribute to model testing, validation, and iteration, ensuring alignment with accuracy and performance metrics.
  • Document models, workflows, and code to ensure reproducibility and scalability of AI solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and concepts (e.g., regression, classification, clustering).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
  • Familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature selection, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Experience with basic data analysis and visualization using tools like Pandas, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
