Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at PEGGS INDIA in Rajpura. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The Human Resources Manager will also provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
  • Experience in the food industry or manufacturing sector is a plus
  • Knowledge of best practices in HR policies and procedures
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
