Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Plant Head Operations at PEGGS INDIA located in Rajpura. As the Plant Head Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Egg Processing Plant. This includes managing operations, analyzing processes, ensuring efficient resource utilization, leading a team, and maintaining effective communication across departments. You will also be responsible for budgeting and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
