- Job Description_:
We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Principal to lead our school and to steer it towards new heights of educational excellence. The Principal will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students by fostering an enriching and learning environment.
- Responsibilities_:

- _Leadership and Management_: Provide visionary leadership, strategic planning, and effective management to ensure the school’s overall success.
- _Curriculum Development_: Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive and innovative curriculum in line with CBSE guidelines and international best practices.
- _Academic Standards_: Foster a culture of academic excellence and create an environment that nurtures students’ intellectual growth, critical thinking skills, and creativity.
- _Staff Development_: Recruit, develop, and motivate a high performing team of teachers and staff, fostering a collaborative and professional work culture.
- _Student Welfare_: Ensure the welfare, safety, and well-being of all students, promoting a positive culture that embraces diversity and inclusivity.

- Qualification and Experience_:

- A Master’s degree, along with a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- 10 years of teaching experience, with at least 5 years of experience in an administrative role in a CBSE or ICSE affiliated school.
- Thorough knowledge of CBSE curriculum, examination procedures, and evaluation process.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Familiarity with educational technology and its integration into teaching and learning.
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
