With a focus on innovation, efficiency, and optimal design, Winfra Buildtech delivers scalable, high-performance solutions that meet the evolving demands of modern construction.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct daily site inspections to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards. - Implement safety measures as per client and company safety policies. - Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations (e.g., Factory Act, OSHA standards). - Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs regularly. - Prepare and maintain safety inspection reports, risk assessments, and incident reports. - Monitor the use of PPE and ensure proper safety gear is being worn. - Investigate accidents/incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. - Maintain emergency response protocols and conduct mock drills at the site. - Coordinate with the project team to ensure all fabrication and installation activities are conducted safely. - Liaise with local authorities and safety auditors as required. - Maintain safety signage and barricading around work zones. - Ensure safe handling and use of machinery, tools, and materials, particularly in mechanical erection and fabrication work like cutting, welding, grinding, and lifting activities.Qualifications & Skills:- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant technical discipline. - Certification in Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) is preferred. - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in site safety, specifically in the mechanical/fabrication field. - Sound knowledge of safety procedures related to mechanical works, hot works, confined spaces, and lifting operations. - Strong communication and reporting skills. - Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively. - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
