- ETS is seeking a forward-thinking Product Lead to drive innovation across our Institutional Products portfolio-including TOEIC and the Edusoft suite.- You'll lead strategy, guide execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful solutions that serve learners and institutions worldwide. What You'll Do:- Launch with purpose: Lead the development and rollout of Institutional Products across global markets.- Spot opportunities: Analyze trends, identify gaps, and define a clear product vision.- Listen deeply: Understand customer needs and translate insights into product requirements.- Build boldly: Create new products and improve existing ones to meet evolving demands.- Partner with tech: Work closely with engineering to shape implementation plans and timelines.- Drive the roadmap: Own the product strategy from concept to launch.- Lead with agility: Serve as a key stakeholder in the scrum team, collaborating with Product Owners to deliver high-impact features and exceptional user experiences.- Communicate clearly: Share ideas and updates in a way that's persuasive, accessible, and tailored to your audience.- Deliver results: Own product performance metrics, including P&L, and ensure goals are met.
