At ETS, we believe that measurement is a catalyst for human advancement. We're looking for a Product Manager who shares that vision—someone who can connect the needs of global institutions with the creativity of our engineering teams to build products that make a difference.

What You'll Do

• Design with purpose: Evaluate current products, recommend improvements, and propose new ideas that meet evolving market needs.
• Know the landscape: Conduct competitive analysis to define product positioning and highlight key differentiators.
• Lead with insight: Use qualitative and quantitative research to uncover feature opportunities and validate them before development.
• Collaborate globally: Partner with internal teams across time zones to ensure smooth, timely delivery.
• Drive development: Act as a program manager for delivery cycles, working closely with engineering and Product Owners to translate business needs into exceptional user experiences.
• Communicate clearly: Share complex ideas in simple, persuasive ways tailored to your audience.
• Deliver results: Own key performance indicators, including product success and profitability.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of product management experience in software services, with a track record of managing products over $10M in revenue.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.
• Bonus: Technical coding skills.
