About The Role We're looking for a full-time Training Coordinator/Trainer to join our team at ETS India. In this role, you'll lead engaging, high-impact training sessions focused on TOEFL iBT and GRE General test preparation. You'll empower trainers and test takers with the skills, strategies, and confidence they need to succeed. You'll also collaborate on course development, contribute to content improvement, and support training operations across India and South Asia. Your work will help shape the future of assessment preparation and support ETS's mission to advance human progress through learning. What You'll Do - Deliver interactive training sessionsonline and in personon TOEFL iBT and GRE General test prep - Teach test structure, content, strategies, and techniques with clarity and enthusiasm - Assess learning needs and tailor instruction to meet individual goals - Mentor trainers, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback - Use a mix of resourcesofficial guides, practice tests, multimedia, and online toolsto enrich the learning experience - Stay current with updates to test formats and share insights with the team - Collaborate with fellow trainers to refine curriculum and share best practices - Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and evaluations - Participate in ongoing professional development to sharpen your skills - Support training-related administrative tasks and reporting Role Context ETS India delivers approximately 80120 training hours per month across various locations in India and South Asia. Sessions are conducted both online and offline, requiring flexibility and travel. Required What You Bring - Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field - CEFR C2-level proficiency in English - Willingness to travel across India and South Asia - Flexibility to conduct sessions during evenings and weekends Desirable - Experience using digital platforms for instruction - Familiarity with TOEFL iBT and GRE General test formats and scoring - Background in teaching or training, ideally in test prep or corporate settings - Skills in MS Excel, data analysis, and reporting Why ETS We're a mission-driven organization that values innovation, inclusion, and impact.
