Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of frontend, backend, and QA engineers to design, build, and deliver product features.

- Own the technical architecture and ensure scalability, performance, and security of the applications.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Drive engineering best practices including code reviews, CI/CD, automated testing, and documentation.

- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and ensure high-quality delivery within deadlines.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where relevant.

- Facilitate career growth of team members through regular 1 : 1s, feedback, and skill development.

- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a managerial or team lead role.

- Expertise in full-stack development (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js/Java/Python, REST/GraphQL APIs).

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Proven track record of leading teams delivering complex software products.

- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, system design, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).

- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. Ability to balance technical depth with people leadership.
