Role Overview

As the Marketing Lead, you'll be responsible for building and executing 360° marketing strategies that elevate brand equity and drive both company and project-level success. You'll work closely with the leadership, sales, and design teams to ensure all communications are aligned with the brand ethos and market objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Use market research and competitive analysis to identify positioning opportunities & GTM strategies

Drive consumer insights to create core messaging and brand evolution

Create compelling and brand-aligned content to ensure a consistent tone of voice and engagement across all platforms

Lead end-to-end campaign conceptualization, execution, and optimization with vendors across multiple marketing channels – including digital, print, OOH, PR, and on-ground activations  

Own reporting and insight generation to continuously refine marketing strategies - translate data into actionable plans that align with business goals 

Ensure seamless inter-department communication to align marketing with funnel goals

Regularly track industry trends, customer behavior, and brand perception

Requirements

6-8 years of experience in marketing (Real estate is a bonus)

Strategic thinker with a strong creative and commercial mindset

Experienced in handling multiple projects simultaneously

Familiar with both offline & online marketing

Highly organized, data-oriented, and self-driven

Strong verbal and written communication skills
