At DHN, we are committed to advancing India’s digital health journey and creating a platform where healthcare innovation thrives.About the RoleWe are seeking a visionary Editor in Chief to lead our editorial and news operations, manage a dynamic content team, and strengthen DHN’s position as the go-to source for HealthTech insights. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for content strategy, news coverage, partnerships, and audience growth.Responsibilities- Editorial Leadership: Shape and drive DHN’s editorial vision across digital platforms, ensuring quality, accuracy, and innovation in every piece of content. - Content Operations: Oversee news gathering, coverage of industry developments, and trend analysis; ensure consistent delivery of 10–12 high-quality articles daily (or as agreed). - Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of 6–8 correspondents, journalists, and content creators, fostering creativity and editorial excellence. - Podcasts & Multimedia: Plan and produce at least 3 high-impact podcasts per month featuring industry CIOs and thought leaders; explore new content formats like video and newsletters. - Partnerships & Alliances: Build and nurture relationships with healthcare organizations, startups, corporates, and associations to enhance DHN’s reach and credibility. - Market Visibility: Identify and represent DHN at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and government meetings; evaluate sponsorship opportunities to boost visibility. - Innovation & Tools: Recommend tools, subscriptions, and processes to improve team productivity and editorial quality. - Business Support: Collaborate with leadership on strategies for audience expansion, revenue growth, and event-driven content initiatives.Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Journalism, Communications, Public Health, Media, or related fields. - Minimum 8 years of experience in editorial roles, with proven leadership in news, media, or healthcare journalism. - Strong knowledge of healthcare, HealthTech, and emerging industry trends. - Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to deliver under tight deadlines and manage high-performing teams. - Proficiency in CMS, analytics, social platforms, and multimedia content creation. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and storytelling.Required Skills- Strong leadership and editorial skills. - Ability to manage a diverse team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills- Experience in digital health or healthcare journalism. - Familiarity with multimedia content production.Pay range and compensation package- Competitive compensation and performance incentives.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices and encourage applications from all qualified individuals.
