Our culture is bold, curious, and collaborative—perfect for creators who want to make an impact and grow fast.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who’s more than just “good with tools.”If you’re someone who gets excited about new trends, viral formats, and storytelling through design & video—this role is for you.We want someone who is:- Passionate about graphic design & video editing. - Self-driven and comes up with ideas without waiting for prompts. - Always exploring what’s trending and finding ways to apply it. - Extroverted, enthusiastic, and excited to create. - Fearless in experimenting, taking challenges, and bringing fresh ideas to life.Responsibilities- Create scroll-stopping graphics, reels, and videos for campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling. - Spot viral trends, memes, transitions, and edits—adapt them for The Urban Chief and our client brands. - Work with our marketing team to convert campaign briefs into visual stories. - Handle projects from concept → design → edit → publish-ready output. - Maintain brand identity while ensuring content is fresh, modern, and bold. - Manage timelines and deliver multiple creative assets with speed & quality.Requirements- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design & video editing. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, or similar tools. - A portfolio that shows your trend awareness and creativity. - Strong grasp of social media-first content (Reels, Shorts, Carousels, LinkedIn posts, etc.). - A go-getter mindset with curiosity and enthusiasm to grow every day.Nice to Have- Knowledge of motion graphics & animation. - Basic photography/videography skills. - Someone who enjoys team brainstorming and pitching bold ideas.Why Join The Urban Chief?- Be part of a boutique, high-energy team that works exclusively with one client per category—no creative conflicts.- Opportunity to experiment and innovate without rigid templates.- Exposure to fast-growing brands, industries, and campaigns.- A culture that values learning, failing forward, and creative freedom.Interested in the Role?
