Responsibilities:

  • Manage interview schedule and coordinate with candidates and panel members.
  • To assist in the full recruitment life cycle.
  • Help provide excellent candidate experience
  • Moderate debriefs and help note the observations
  • Make process improvement recommendations
  • Observe interview feedback and help with identifying gaps in the interview process if any

Requirements:
