Kreditbee - City Head - Business Loans

Description:- Lead and manage the Business Loan vertical for the Bangalore region.- Drive sales, acquisition, and portfolio growth across unsecured and secured business loan products.- Manage and motivate a team of Sales Managers, Relationship Officers, and Channel Partners to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.- Identify and onboard new channels/partners to expand business reach.- Monitor business performance metrics disbursements, delinquency, and TAT.- Collaborate closely with Credit, Risk, Operations, and Collections teams to ensure smooth loan processing and high portfolio quality.- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance norms, and audit requirements.- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify new business opportunities.- Drive customer experience and satisfaction through efficient service and issue 5-10 years of experience in Business Loans / SME Lending / LAP / Working Capital domain.- Proven track record in team handling and achieving business targets.- Strong understanding of credit principles, financial documentation, and business evaluation.- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.- Preferably from NBFC / Fintech / Bank job description is intended to outline the general nature and key responsibilities of the position.
