Dreamcast - Quality Analyst - Selenium/Appium

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing testing strategies, identifying defects, and ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.Roles and Responsibilities :- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts- Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in software and applications- Collaborate with product and development teams to understand requirements and validate functionality- Conduct usability and regression testing across web, mobile, and desktop platforms- Maintain detailed documentation including test plans, test cases, and defect reports- Participate in design reviews to assess functional requirements and identify risks- Use test management tools and methodologies to ensure full coverage- Provide actionable feedback and communicate testing results to stakeholders- Support developers in defect resolution and perform retesting- Contribute to process enhancements and quality improvement initiatives- Monitor user feedback post-launch to identify quality trends and issues- Assist customer support teams in addressing quality-related concernsSkills and Qualifications Required :- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field- Proven experience as a Quality Analyst, QA Tester, or in a similar QA role- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and software development lifecycle- Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes- Experience in automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills- Effective verbal and written communication skills- ISTQB, CSTE, or other relevant certifications are a plus- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment (ref:hirist.tech)
