Job Title: Quality Analyst

Location: Jaipur

Salary: CTC k per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our team. The role involves checking the quality of products or services, identifying issues, and helping improve overall performance.

Responsibilities:

* Review and test products or processes for quality assurance

* Report bugs or issues clearly and accurately

* Work closely with the team to maintain high-quality standards

* Follow QA guidelines and assist in documentation

* Create and design application and software testing processes

* Monitor system and software functionality

* Ensure offerings are fully functional and provide quality assurance for software products

* Perform automated testing and resolve issues to support the development process

* Advise on best practices and optimizations during testing and bug-fixing

* Collaborate with QA leads to develop test plans and strategies for identifying bugs and exploits in end-user applications

* Establish and implement comprehensive reporting and automated monitoring systems

* Define creative direction for the company within brand guidelines

* Manage multiple projects while adhering to design specifications and budget constraints

* Apply feedback and implement changes wherever possible

* Agile methodology

* Problem-solving in real-time

Requirements:

* Graduate in any stream (preferably B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc, etc.)

* Good communication and analytical skills

* Basic knowledge of testing concepts is a plus

* Willingness to learn and grow in the QA field

* Minimum 75% grade required in 10th and 12th
