Job Title: Finance & Administration Executive Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 2-3 years (preferred) Industry: IT ServicesAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveFinance & Administration Executiveto manage our day-to-day financial operations, compliance activities, and office administration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with India GST and TDS compliance, strong coordination skills, and the ability to support sales operations through quotation and proposal preparation.Key Responsibilities:Finance & CompliancePrepare and issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner. Manage India GST compliance, including monthly/quarterlyGST return filing . HandleTDS computation and filing , ensuring compliance with statutory timelines. Coordinate with external auditors or consultants for financial and tax-related matters. Maintain organized financial records and documentation.Sales Support & Coordination:Create and formatquotations, proposals, and commercial documentsfor clients. Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, follow-ups, and order status. Assist in maintaining customer databases, CRM entries, and sales reports.Office Administration:Oversee daily office activities to ensure smooth operations. Managetravel and accommodation arrangementsfor employees and visitors. Handle vendor coordination, office supplies procurement, and facility management. Support HR with basic administrative tasks when required.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. Strong knowledge ofGST, TDS, invoicing , and basic accounting principles. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with accounting or ERP software is a must Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
