Job Description: AI/ML Engineer - Language Models SpecialistPreferred Experience: 2- 5 yearsLocation: Chennai (Onsite)About the RoleWe are seeking a talented AI/ML Engineer to join our innovative team, focusing on the development, training, optimization, and deployment of advanced Language Models (LMs), including Large Language Models (LLMs). In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building cutting-edge AI solutions that drive conversational intelligence, automation, and user-centric applications.This position emphasizes hands-on work with LM architectures, ensuring models are scalable and efficient.Key Responsibilities- Design and develop custom Language Models (LMs) and Large Language Models (LLMs) using state-of-the-art architectures, such as transformers.- Train models on large datasets, implementing efficient training pipelines, including distributed training and fine-tuning techniques.- Improve existing models through performance optimization, error analysis, hyperparameter tuning, and iterative experimentation to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and deployment costs.- Redeploy updated models into production environments, ensuring seamless integration with inference pipelines and monitoring for real-time performance.- Research and implement the latest advancements in LLM technology, including prompt engineering, model quantization, and AI safety measures.- Stay abreast of emerging trends in AI/ML, contributing to internal knowledge sharing and potential open-source projects.Preferred Qualifications- Experience in building AI agents, such as autonomous systems or multi-agent frameworks, to enable intelligent decision-making and task automation.- Expertise in developing conversational AI models, including chatbots, dialogue systems, or natural language understanding (NLU) applications.
