**About the Role**:
Engineer Sahab Education is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable **AI/ML Mentor** with **1 to 3 years of industry or teaching experience** to join our growing team in **Indore**. This is a full-time, in-office role where you will guide and mentor students, helping them build strong foundations in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning through hands-on learning, real-world projects, and industry-relevant tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and interactive sessions on **AI/ML concepts**, including Python for ML, Data Preprocessing, Supervised & Unsupervised Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and more.
- Guide students in building **capstone projects**, participating in hackathons, and solving real-world problems.
- Provide **1-on-1 mentorship** and doubt-solving support to help learners strengthen their understanding.
- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends and continuously improve the course material.
- Conduct regular **assessments, feedback sessions, and progress reviews**.
- Collaborate with curriculum designers and the academic team to enhance learning outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in **Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science**, or related field.
- **1-3 years** of experience in AI/ML development or teaching/training roles.
- Proficient in **Python**, machine learning libraries like **Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, Pandas, NumPy**, etc.
- Strong communication skills and passion for mentoring students.
- Experience in building and deploying ML models is a plus.
