Greetings from TATA Consultancy ServicesRole: CX Consultant - CPQ, S&M, Service / CPQ & Front Office Transformation ConsultantEXP: 8 to 15Location: Pune, BangaloreJob Description :- Overall experience of about 8+ years in Manufacturing industry in customer experience strategy consulting and transformation. - Advise leading global manufacturing clients on CRM, Sales and Service processes in automotive and industrial equipment companies. - Execute breakthrough domain consulting engagements. Support in entire sales cycle – business development, proposal development, pre-sales etc - Develop use cases and guide technical teams for POC / solution development, test case designs, and certify solutions before handing over to customers - Publish thought leadership papers based on advisory work, study of industry and technology trends, participate in leading industry forums (technology) to represent TCS - Experience in Front Office Transformation and CPQ (Salesforce / Oracle / SAP) consulting including industry benchmarking, product evaluation, design business architecture, define strategy, and business case. - At least 2 full lifecycle implementation experience in the platform. Experience with both B2C and B2B scenarios will be preferred. - Exposure to working in various ERP solutions and integrating with CPQ platform.
