Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Quickbooks to Zoho Books Migration Expert at Webstertech Softwares Private Limited in Surat.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bookkeeper with expertise in handling financial records for USA-based businesses. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting specific to the United States. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy, and providing actionable financial insights.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze current QuickBooks setup, including accounts, transactions, and reports, to ensure accurate data migration.
- Plan and execute the migration process, including chart of accounts, customers, vendors, products, invoices, payments, and other financial data.
- Customize Zoho Books to align with our business workflows and requirements.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency during and after the migration process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the migration.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with QuickBooks and Zoho Books, including successful data migrations.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Expertise in data mapping and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills to guide our team through the migration process.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage project timelines effectively.
- Certification in Zoho Books or QuickBooks (preferred but not mandatory).
