Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information on products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone/email/chat.
- Ability to work in an inbound voice process environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge for navigating CRM systems like [insert specific software].
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Solve queries of clients of finance sector
Qualifications:
Freshers with Excellent English communication skills are welcome.
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Required Skills:
Graduation is a must.
Excellent communication – both verbal and written are needed
Location - Borivali, Mumbai, Candidates from other parts of maharashtra can also apply.
Pay range and compensation package:
Salary 2 to 4 lacs
