Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to lead and manage complex industrial civil engineering projects in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will bring over 18 years of extensive experience in industrial projects, showcasing expertise in planning, design, execution, and project management. This role demands a strong technical foundation, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, timely, and cost-effective solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


Project Leadership:

  • Oversee the planning, design, and execution of industrial civil engineering projects.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, contractors, and clients.

Design and Development:

  • Provide technical guidance for structural designs, site layouts, and material selection.
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and environmental regulations.

Construction Management:

  • Supervise on-site activities, monitor progress, and resolve construction issues.
  • Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies to meet project objectives.
  • Prepare and present project updates, technical reports, and documentation.

Team Mentorship:

  • Lead and mentor junior engineers and site staff, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Problem-Solving:

  • Address engineering challenges with innovative and practical solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 18 years of experience in industrial civil engineering, with a proven track record of managing large-scale industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial codes, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and environmental considerations specific to industrial projects.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with greenfield and brownfield industrial developments.
  • Familiarity with advanced construction techniques and technologies.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or structural engineering is a plus.
