Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) at UPDOT in Bengaluru. The BDE will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, effective communication, account management, and fostering business relationships. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, creating and implementing sales strategies, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Lead Management:

  • Respond promptly to inquiries from inbound leads via email, calls, and CRM systems.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their requirements and fit with our offerings.
  • Maintain a high level of engagement with potential clients through consistent follow-ups.

Client Engagement:

  • Present solutions to prospects and conduct product/service demonstrations.
  • Address client concerns and tailor proposals to meet their specific needs.

Closing Deals:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Account Growth:

  • Develop relationships with new clients to convert them into long-term partners.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value.

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and research potential clients in target markets.
  • Generate leads through networking, online research, and cold outreach.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
  • Contribute to business growth strategies and plans.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align on client needs.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service.


Package: The package for this role ranges from 3.6 LPA to 4.5 LPA.
