Role Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of Team Managers and Property Advisors.
- This role demands a combination of sales leadership, client engagement, and team management.
- The ideal candidate will drive revenue through structured advisory, client relationship management, and process excellence in residential property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Team Managers and Advisors focused on residential property sales.
- Meet prospective customers to understand their real estate investment requirements.
- Offer personalized investment advice and guide customers to select the right residential projects.
- Coordinate and accompany clients during site visits to ensure a seamless experience.
- Negotiate with clients and developers to close transactions and maximize value.
- Work closely with internal CRM and post-sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth execution.
- Monitor team performance, track sales targets, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Stay updated with real estate market trends, pricing dynamics, and developer offerings.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and client interaction data in CRM/ERP Minimum 4+ years in residential real estate sales; team management experience preferred.
