We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in our Gurgaon office.


Job Summary:


- The Senior Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth. This individual will leverage extensive experience in consulting sales to address complex client needs, maintain key relationships, and ensure alignment with company objectives. The ideal candidate will excel in leadership, strategic planning, and performance analysis.


Roles & and Team Management:


- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.


- Set clear objectives and performance metrics for the sales team, providing regular feedback, support, and guidance.


- Foster a collaborative and motivating environment that promotes professional growth, high performance, and team cohesion.


Sales Strategy and Execution:


- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.


- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats.


- Oversee the execution of sales strategies, ensuring they align with company goals and deliver desired outcomes.


Consulting Sales Expertise:


- Utilize deep expertise in consulting sales to guide the team in understanding and addressing complex client requirements.


- Work closely with clients to identify their needs, propose tailored solutions, and close high-value deals.


- Maintain and expand relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term Analysis and Reporting:


- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, generate reports, and track progress towards goals.


- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data to optimize sales strategies and drive improved Collaboration:


- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.


- Share market feedback and customer insights with relevant teams to inform product and service enhancements.


Training and Development:


- Identify training needs within the sales team and coordinate with HR to provide relevant development programs.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance team capabilities and Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


- Experience: 5 8 years of experience in a consulting sales role, with a proven track record of success in managing

sales teams and achieving Demonstrated leadership abilities with a strong history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.


- Extensive experience in consultative selling and managing complex sales processes.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


- Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions.


- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
