This position is located on-site in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies to drive growth in the leisure and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) segments. Day-to-day tasks include developing leads through multiple channels and converting into bookings, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, creating sales proposals, and ensuring smooth execution of tours and events. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive exceptional service.Qualifications- Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy skills - Rich experience in MICE Sales, Leisure Sales, and Proposal Development - Marketing, Networking, and Performance Tracking skills - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a MUST. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
