Key Responsibilities: Program Management:Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery. Cross-functional Collaboration:Partner with product, technology, supply chain, HR, and store operations teams to drive execution. Process Excellence:Identify bottlenecks, define workflows, and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability. Strategic Initiatives:Lead high-impact programs such as store expansion, operational excellence, customer experience improvement, and digital transformation. Monitoring & Reporting:Track progress against milestones, manage risks, and present regular updates to leadership. Stakeholder Management:Engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication across all levels. Team Leadership:Mentor and guide project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field. 5–8 years of experience in program/project management, preferably inretail, e-commerce, or FMCGsectors. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or Six Sigma preferred). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities. Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, JIRA, Asana, or similar.
