Join us as we shape the future of the space industry.●& :○ Manage, train, and mentor a team of 3 Store Keepers.○ Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.●& :○ Oversee inventory tracking using Excel, Tally, and Zoho Inventory.○ Ensure accurate cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and approve inventory adjustments.●:○ Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for material receiving, storage, and issuance.○ Identify opportunities to improve warehouse layout, reduce handling times, and minimize stock variances.●& :○ Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams to prioritize material requisitions and resolve supply issues.○ Raise critical shortages or delays to the Inventory Manager in a timely manner.●& :○ Ensure proper handling and storage of space-grade materials in compliance with ESD and safety protocols.○ Conduct periodic audits of records and physical stock; implement corrective actions as needed.●& :○ Prepare and present weekly inventory status and team performance reports.○ Maintain clear documentation for inbound/outbound transactions, audits, and process improvements.● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.● 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.● Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Tally ERP, and Zoho Inventory.● Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.● Prior exposure to aerospace or high-precision manufacturing environments.● Experience with barcode/RFID systems and warehouse safety certifications.● Ability to analyse data trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.:Interested candidates are encouraged to apply through LinkedIn.
