Direction of MGS’s development is paved by its three key pillars, which are Mutual Respect, Discipline and Transparency, which are set as the baseline of every process and operation carried out at MGS.What’s in it for you?o Immense exposure and learningo Excellent career growtho Company of highly passionate leaders and mentorso Ability to build things from scratchKnow more about MGS:https://www.mizuhogroup.com/asia-pacific/mizuho-global-servicesJob Title - IT Asset ManagementLocation – ChennaiJob description:- Assist in tracking and managing IT assets, including hardware and software. - Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT assets. - Support the implementation and enforcement of asset management policies and procedures. - Collaborate with the IT team to identify asset needs and facilitate procurement processes. - Assist in conducting audits to ensure asset compliance and accuracy. - Help manage the lifecycle of IT assets, including deployment, maintenance, and disposal. - Provide support in handling asset-related documentation and reporting. - Ensure proper labelling and tagging of IT assets. - Assist in the coordination of asset movement and allocation within the organization. - Coordinating with vendor and follow the price negotiation process as per the organization standard - Monitor and manage software licenses to ensure compliance and cost-efficiency. - Assist in generating reports on asset utilization, compliance, and lifecycle status - Exposure in IT Audit standards like ISO27001:2022 | PCI DSSQualifications:- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). - Experience in IT asset management or related roles is an advantage. - Understanding of IT infrastructure and asset lifecycle management. - Proficiency in asset management software and tools is a plus. - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data management and reporting. - Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management (preferred). - Basic understanding of inventory management principles.Address: 16th Floor, Tower-B Brigade, World Trade centre, 142, Rajiv Gandhi Salai, OMR, Perungudi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600096,
