You’ll be buildingintelligence systems . Your job is to design how AI understands users, anticipates needs, and triggers trading ideas and actionsbefore the trader even asks .Key Responsibilities: Define frameworks for idea generation, scoring, and surfacing. Create modular schemas so new workflows plug in without rewriting code. Partner with AI engineers to build LLM workflows that interpret intent and orchestrate actions. Own accuracy, compliance, and safety prompt design, hallucination checks, and SEBI guardrails. Translate ambiguous user behavior intoproactive decision support .Ideal Profile: 3-6 years in AI, data, or trading product roles. Deep familiarity with LLMs, schema design, and multi-agent workflows. Writes sharp product specs, works closely with engineers. Bonus: built internal tools for analysts or advisors.Why It’s Different: Instead of dashboards or bots, you’ll design theAI brain of the trading platform .
