- Brand Strategy & Design: Crafting compelling brand identities, developing effective marketing strategies, creative designing, and communication collateral creation.

Key Skills and Responsibilities
- Understanding of the Client: Gain comprehensive knowledge of the client’s products, brand, key people, and communication guidelines.
- Calendar Planning: Align monthly calendars with client goals and special days. Ensure timely approvals and coordinate with the creative team.
- Job Scope: Review and understand the scope of work, including deliverables and terms. Ensure proper handling of social media files.
- Check Deliverables: Verify that all deliverables meet the agreed scope and calendar. Maintain records of changes and approvals.
- Calendar Feedback: Provide timely feedback to the creative team, ensuring all posts for the next month is ready and approved.
- MoM (Minutes of Meeting): Document and distribute meeting minutes promptly, ensuring reviews by relevant team members.
- JSR (Job Status Report): Prepare and maintain detailed JSRs, updating central sheets and sharing with stakeholders.
- Competition Scan: Conduct quarterly scans of competitor activities and present insights to enhance client strategies.
- Guidebook Creation: Develop a detailed guidebook for new clients, covering brand history, vision, products, and communication guidelines.
- Coordination: Provide briefs, inputs, and feedback via email or WhatsApp. Document all requests.
- Database Backup: Download and organize client data immediately, ensuring proper storage and backup.
- Repository Management: Backup all calendars and reports. Present them for review and evaluation.
- Client Meetings: Conduct bi-monthly meetings to review reports, align objectives, and evaluate ongoing work.
- Upselling: Identify and propose additional services to add value to the client’s scope.
