We are looking for a Senior User Experience Researcher to leverage existing and new user insight that will drive product and business development. If people around you sense your passion for research once you start talking about your job—let’s get in touch


Your mission:

You will join us as our first dedicated UX researcher to personally run the most critical research on customers, couriers and the competition—both in-field and online. You will also assist colleagues from Product, Marketing and Operations teams in designing, recruiting for, and conducting routine and small-scale studies.

Additionally, we will empower you to establish a continuous discovery process and promote a user-centric culture across the company.

  • We have a process for storing user knowledge and sharing fresh insights


Competencies that matter:

  • Track record of dealing with highly uncertain research questions
  • Ability to ask powerful and revealing questions
  • Deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative methodologies
  • Excellent storytelling: ability to pack findings into compelling and actionable stories
  • Perfect Hindi and English
  • (would be a +) Experience working in cross-cultural teams
  • (would be a +) Experience with marketplace/platform products such as ride-hailing, delivery or e-commerce.
