About the Role

Responsibilities:


We are looking for a User Research Intern who will work closely with the User Researcher to oversee and handle operational tasks for UX studies.


  • Manage all components of participant recruitment for user experience research studies, including but not limited to: outreach, screening, scheduling, participation agreements, privacy, and incentive management.
  • Determine the team's needs and gaps. Examine, experiment, and measure changes to our research operations and processes on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with User Researcher and Product Managers to fully grasp their research recruitment requirements and to see their requests through to completion.
  • Respond to inquiries from research participants
  • Maintain the collected data and assist with the qualitative analysis

Job Description:
User Research Intern

Requirements:

  • Pursued/Pursuing bachelor's degree or equivalent from any educational institute.
  • Basic understanding of user research and fundamental research methodologies
  • Experience in research operations or a related role that involves administration and coordination.
  • Excel function proficiency and intuitive understanding of the operation of different tools
  • Interest in or experience with psychology and mental health
