If you have excellent interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills - be it technical or non-technical, refer to the below mentioned Job Description for more detailed informationJob Details :Job Title - Scrum master (Agile Coach)- Office Location - 3rd Eye Two, Parimal Garden, Ahmedabad, GJ- Duration & Type of Employment - Full Time Permanent , 2+yrs Experience req.- Work Style - Hybrid- In Office days - 3 days a weekScrum Master Responsibilities :- Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.- Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.- Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.- Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.- Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.- Planning and organising demos and product/system testing.- Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.- Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.- Compliance Support Ensuring agile practices align with organisational standards and regulatory requirements.- Cross-Team Coordination Collaborating with other Scrum Masters and teams to manage dependencies and align deliverables.- Backlog Support Assisting Product Owners in backlog grooming, prioritization, and user story clarity.- Capacity Planning Supporting teams in understanding capacity and planning sprints effectively.Scrum Master Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.- Certified scrum master.- 2+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar senior role (Good to have).- Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum , to deliver solutions (MUST).- Certified Agile Coach - Experience on delivering solutions using JIRA project management tool (MUST).- Leadership and management experience (Good to have).- Excellent people and project management skills.- Strong communication and presentation skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Benefits : - Hybrid Working Culture- Amazing Perks & Medical Benefits- 5 Days Working- Mentorship programs & Certification Courses- Flexible work arrangements- Free drinks fridge and snacks- Competitive Salary & recognitions (ref:hirist.tech)
