Education & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js and JavaScript frameworks . Proven experience with AWS cloud services and CI/CD automation . Management & People Skills Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities across distributed teams. Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about quality and performance . Capable of mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical discussions.
