Through a deep appreciation for the science of compatibility, with Verona, we will be using AI for matchmaking based on an individual's core & shared values.The 3 S’s of Verona - Standards, Security, and ScienceRole Overview:The Business Development Intern will support client outreach, relationship building, and market research efforts to help grow the organization’s client base. Key responsibilities include engaging potential clients through calls, qualifying leads, gathering client feedback, and assisting in content creation for marketing initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in client engagement and business strategy within a supportive, dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Client OutreachCall and engage potential clients to introduce services and assess interestFollow up and qualify leads based on readiness and needsMarket ResearchResearch target audiences and industry trendsConduct competitor analysis and collect client insightsRelationship BuildingSupport client relationships through regular check-insCollect client feedback and assist with onboardingContent and CommunicationDevelop call scripts and outreach materialsAssist in creating content for campaigns and presentationsSupport strategic initiatives and data managementThis role offers direct experience in client engagement and business development strategiesEducation and Skills:Completed a degree in Business, Management, or a related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational abilities with attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)What We Offer:Mentorship and guidance from industry expertsHands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environmentOpportunities for professional development and networkingPaid opportunity: Stipend offered for the internshipDuration: 2 months (extendable based on performance)PPO Track: High performers will have the potential for an assessment for Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)Work directly with top management: Collaborate closely with IIT Roorkie, IIT KGP, IIM Ahmedabad, MDI Gurgaon, and Ivy League graduatesLocation/Work Environment: The Vatika Triangle; Gurgaon, India.Our office is a creative space in a prime location in Gurgaon, just a 2-minute walk from the M.G.
