Amitoje - HR Manager - Recruitment & Talent Development

- Source and qualify candidates through various channels (e. g. , job boards, professional networks, employee referrals). Conduct effective interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the job.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
- Onboard new hires and ensure they are successfully integrated into the team.
Talent Development:
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities for employees.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge relevant to their roles.
- Partner with managers to create personalized development plans for employees.
- Coach and mentor employees to help them achieve their career goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends in talent development and implement innovative practices.
HR Business Partner:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and provide strategic HR support.
- Ensure adherence to company HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Manage employee relations and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
You'll be a great fit for this role if you:
- Have a strong understanding of people and their motivations.
- Can easily identify strengths and areas for development in potential candidates.
- Possess a proven track record of success in recruiting Sales and BD professionals (mention specific experience if required).
- Are passionate about talent development and helping employees reach their full potential.
- Have experience in designing and implementing training programs.
- Enjoy working as a business partner and collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
- Maintain a "never-give-up" attitude and are persistent in achieving your Bachelor/ masters degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of [3-5 years] of experience in HR generalist or recruitment role (adjust experience based on your company's needs).
- Experience in recruiting Sales and/or BD roles a plus.
- Experience in talent development and training program design a plus.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (a plus).
