Roles & Responsibilities :

Salesforce developer in a support project .

Mandatory Skills - salesforce development, Service cloud or sales cloud , API integration and good to have work experience in the Support side.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions (custom objects, fields, pages, workflows, approval processes, etc.)

2. Write Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs to automate business processes

3. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs (SOAP/REST)


1. Search integration logs, know how to debug, knowledge of API testing, Salesforce inspector knowledge

2. Review & add additional logs for understanding the root cause

3. Knowledge of security models, data modelling

4. L1, L2 support - Work with Mahindra stakeholders and if required, share the screen to resolve issues.
