What You’ll Do:

  • Set the Gold Standard: Define and implement robust quality assurance frameworks for every stage of our operations—product sourcing, inventory management, and customer delivery.
  • Product Perfection: Develop and enforce quality guidelines to ensure all products meet Rofoso’s premium standards before they reach our customers.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously assess, streamline, and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and quality across the supply chain.
  • Audit and Inspect: Establish a rigorous inspection protocol to verify compliance with quality standards, ensuring defect-free and high-quality products.
  • Build the QA Team: Recruit, train, and lead a top-tier Quality Assurance team that shares your passion for perfection.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with sourcing, operations, tech, and brand teams to address quality challenges and implement improvements seamlessly.
  • Handle Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards for all products listed on our platform.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics and performance metrics to track quality trends, identify bottlenecks, and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Stay attuned to customer feedback, aligning quality assurance efforts with customer expectations and brand reputation.


Who You Are:

  • Proven experience as Head of Quality Assurance, QA Director, or a similar senior role.
  • 8+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce industries.
  • Deep knowledge of quality control methods, inspection protocols, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate findings into actionable improvements.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing QA teams.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Tech-savvy and experienced in using quality management tools and platforms.
