The Tetr Story:
Four years ago, we founded Masters’ Union with a bold vision: to revolutionize business education. We asked a simple yet profound question: If aspiring doctors train under seasoned physicians and budding lawyers learn from practicing legal experts, why shouldn’t future business leaders be taught directly by industry pioneers?
After all, can a lecture on Accounting 101 truly match the experience of analyzing real-world P&L statements?
Today, Masters’ Union boasts a one-of-a-kind curriculum led entirely by industry practitioners—CXOs, MDs, public leaders, and even Members of Parliament. In just four years, our flagship PGP in Technology and Business Management has redefined success, surpassing placement benchmarks of institutions like IIM Ahmedabad and ISB. Ranked among the top two B-schools in the country based on placement records, Masters’ Union has established itself as a leader in hands-on, industry-driven education.
This success revealed an even greater opportunity: the value of hands-on, entrepreneurial learning could extend far beyond India, offering transformative experiences to aspiring business leaders worldwide.
And so, Tetr was born.
Imagine a business program that goes beyond classrooms and textbooks—an adventure spanning 7 countries, with each semester offering a new destination and unique challenges. Picture studying at renowned institutions like NUS, SDA Bocconi, and IIT, while learning from global luminaries such as Dr. Edward Rogers (Former Chief Knowledge Officer, NASA), Mr. Faverine Stephane (Executive President, Estée Lauder), and Mr. Saud Swar (CBO, American Express, MENA).
At Tetr, the world becomes your classroom. From launching eCommerce ventures in Dubai to innovating tech startups in Silicon Valley, our students gain unmatched global exposure and real-world business acumen, making a tangible impact wherever they go.
