Job Title:Senior Executive – Compliance Location:Bangalore Department:Legal & Compliance Employment Type:Full-timeRole Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveSenior Executive – Complianceto ensure smooth execution of statutory and business-critical compliance activities, including licensing, regulatory filings, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. The role involves close interaction with internal teams and government authorities to ensure seamless compliance operations.Key Responsibilities: Regulatory & Statutory Compliance: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Handle online applications and renewals forFSSAI and other business licenses . Ensure regular calibration and maintenance of weighing machines across business sites.Documentation & Record Management: Maintain accurate and structured records for licenses, legal notices, contracts, and statutory registers in both physical and digital formats. Ensure version control and easy retrieval of records.Tracker & MIS Management: Maintain trackers for agreements, litigation, licenses, and compliance deliverables. Prepare and update MIS reports related to labour and business laws.Liaisoning & Coordination: Liaise with government authorities (Labour Office, FSSAI, etc.) for licensing, inspections, returns, and handling notices. Coordinate with internal departments to support audits, due diligence, and documentation workflows.Support to Legal & Business Teams: Manage execution workflows including stamping, scanning, and document sign-offs. Assist in preparation of presentations and compliance reports for leadership review.Required Skills & Competencies: Proficiency inMS Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity withregulatory filings, FSSAI licensing , and basic legal documentation. Ability to manage multiple compliance activities within defined timelines.
