You will liaise with various government departments and ensure all project-related documentation and permissions are in place on time.:1. Coordinate and obtain pre-construction, construction, and post-construction approvals such as IOD, CC, OC, Environmental Clearance, Fire NOC, etc. 2. Prepare, submit, and track applications and related documentation with government bodies. 3. Maintain up-to-date records of project files and documentation as per indexing requirements. 4. Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, building codes, and regulatory norms. 5. Work collaboratively with legal, design, and project teams to ensure smooth submission of documents. 6. Monitor approval timelines, identify potential delays, and escalate critical issues to senior management. 7.
