Business Development Manager

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our aluminium windows and doors segment. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets in this competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities inthe aluminiumm windows and doors market.
• Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and other key stakeholders.
• Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and competitors to effectively position our products in the market.
• Negotiation: Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to close deals successfully.
• Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the production and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Brand Promotion: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10 - 15 years' prior industry-related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
