The HR Intern will have the opportunity to work in the Human Resource organization doing a

variety of tasks related to Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and

Engagement & Communication.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the employee onboarding & offboarding processes to enhance new and

departing employee experience

  • Bring in new Employee Engagement initiatives / Enable employee functional groups

related to fun at work, Community relations, Corporate Social Responsibility etc.

  • Be an effective team member contributing to Fortive HR projects
  • Working with talent Acquisition team to attract talent for the company
  • Participate in organizing company events and other engagement initiatives
  • Engaging with internal & external stakeholders as required for data gathering,

information sharing, notifications, tracking and other tasks as assigned.

  • Improving the data management system and creating insightful data analytics to help

with the decision-making processes.

  • Coordinate logistics and other details for L&D projects like creation/updating shared
  • folders, event coordination, feedback collection & analysis and creating communications

content.
