Job Title: Sales Manager.
Location: Okhla, New Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement creative sales strategies to capture potential customers in the memory, SSD, pen drive, micro SD, and other IT hardware component markets.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and segment customers based on their needs and potential for conversion.
- Customer Database Management: Build, categorize, and manage a comprehensive customer database to streamline the conversion process.
- Targeted Marketing: Craft compelling marketing messages for initial contact and follow-up engagements to maximize customer conversion rates.
- Customer Engagement: Plan and execute customer engagement strategies through calls, emails, and meetings to ensure swift and efficient conversion.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales strategies, making adjustments as needed to achieve Creative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Sales Strategy Development: Proven experience in structuring and implementing effective sales plans.
- Customer Segmentation: Skill in analyzing customer bases and categorizing them for targeted marketing.
- Database Management: Proficiency in organizing and managing customer databases.
- Effective Communication: Strong ability to craft and deliver engaging marketing messages.
- Customer Conversion: Demonstrated success in converting potential leads into customers swiftly and efficiently.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the memory, SSD, pen drive, and micro SD card markets, particularly in B2B sectors.
- Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in corporate and government Education: Bachelor's / master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the memory and storage industry.
- Track Record: Proven track record of successful B2B sales and customer conversion.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
