This is an opportunity for seasoned consultants with a client-facing pedigree from leading firms or deep expertise in technology and innovation strategy within industrial sectors.Important:Please apply ONLY if you meet one of the following criteria:- Have direct, client-facing consulting experience at a top-tier firm (BCG, McKinsey, Bain, etc.) - Have deep expertise in business and non-IT technology strategy or innovation roadmapping within the industrial sector (mining, chemicals, manufacturing, etc.)Roles that are purely research-based or back-office in nature will not be considered. We appreciate your understanding.What You’ll DoAt Stratalis, every project is different and that’s exactly the point. Whether it is:- Helping a top global mining firm anticipate the next wave of disruption, - Developing technology roadmaps for a global chemicals giant, or - Supporting a major financial services firm to reimagine the future of its industry, you’ll be at the forefront of building what doesn’t yet exist.You’ll work in agile, cross-continental teams, often directly with senior clients. Expect responsibility, impact, and the chance to drive change at scale.What You BringExperience:- 4+ years in top-tier strategy consulting or innovation/tech strategy in industrial sectors - Experience with technology strategy and roadmapping is a strong plusEducation:- Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or equivalent) with strong academics - MBAs from top Indian institutions (IIMs, ISB, etc.) or engineering degrees from IITs/NITs/IIITs preferredSkills:- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling abilities - Excellent PowerPoint and executive presentation skills; Excel proficiency a plus - Outstanding verbal and written English communicationMindset:- Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with ambiguity - A passion for breakthrough thinking and meaningful impact - Ability to work fluidly across time zones and culturesWho You AreYou’re more than your resume.
